Man United releases 84.8 billion Freds

Manchester United is letting Fred (30) go.

“Manchester United have agreed to release Brazilian international midfielder Fred,” Football Insider reported on 4 April.

Fred joined United in June 2018 from Shakhtar Donetsk for a total fee of £52 million ($84.8 billion). In his fifth year with the club, he has made 56 official appearances (six goals) this season.

According to the media, manager Eric ten Haag is hoping to make a major upgrade in central midfield ahead of the new season. He has already reached an intervention agreement with Chelsea and England international Mason Mount.

He will have to sell some of his existing resources to add another. Along with Fred, Scott McTominay and Donny van der Beek are up for sale. Marcel Xavier will also return to his original club, Bayern Munich.

Currently, there are rumours of Fred heading to West Ham United and Fulham. If an offer does indeed arrive, the final decision will be left to the player. United are reportedly not planning to hesitate to let him go for the right amount of money.스포츠토토

Fred became the second South American player to reach 200 appearances for United this season, but is not in the plans for the new campaign. It is likely that the FA Cup final will be his last game for United, having missed out on the trophy after losing to Manchester City on 3 March.
